Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from store credit. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items

To complete your store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial credit is granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Items marked as preorders a will not be considered for a store credit. Preorders may delay shipping on in stock items if they are purchased on the same order. Please order in stock and preorder items separately to avoid any delay. 

Store credit  (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be issued in the form of a discount code, in the amount specified, less shipping.

Late or missing credit (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a credit yet, first check your Spam folder. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your credit yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Naptural Beauty Supply LLC., 5935 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh PA 15206, United States.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Products or Order errors:

Naptural is not responsible for packages lost/damaged by the postal carrier, the buyer must file a claim with the carrier for a refund. if we have made a mistake in the fulfillment of your order, we will gladly re-ship you the correct products. If you are reporting a damaged, leaking, or in any way defective product, kindly include a picture of the damaged product and packaging. Please advise us via email at within 3 days.

All of our ingredients come from natural sources and are subject to variations in color, texture and aroma. The variances from batch to batch are normal and are not regarded as defects in the product quality. 


Out-of-Stock Items:

Sometimes a product is available at the time you place your order, but then becomes out-of-stock by the time your order is received. We will notify you in this rare case.


Order substitutions:
If you order any custom package that requires a choice of scent and you do not specify the scents that you'd like, we will contact you by email. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will substitute for our best sellers.


Finalizing your order:

We cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. Please check you order carefully before you submit it. Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances after they are placed.
